How can nokia c3 download skype

Since my provider only lets you take it back under a certain call duration, I called Nokia and Nokia would tell me to go back to the store and the store will ship my phone to them to replace.

However, the store does not do that. It was a complete mess. Nokia would not even give me their address to ship the phone out myself. The phone freezes, it drops calls. The alarm does not work, The phone will shut off during calls. This has all been an issue and common issues, search Google , since I've had this phone. I used to only buy Nokia, I used to love them. Now I think they are junk. Nokia has lost another costumer. I will never buy another Nokia phone ever again.
