Why do people like asking alexandria

I like it better in this song than the Final Episode but not as much people know about it which is a shame. I get mad because they didn't alter the riff in any way and they used it to become popular even though. Sure a few of their songs became popular as well but this is the only memorable song out of those. It's just makes me mad how they coasted around on this song even though it's by far in my opinion the laziest song they made as they used a breakdown riff for an entire song pretty much and the only thing that is new is the electronic bits in the song, and they took the riff from another song and made it worse, and it was good originally.

Anyways that is the end of my lame rant against Asking Alexandria. As much as I love metalcore, I hate a bunch of the bands in the genre and Asking Alexandria is by far my least favorite metalcore band. I also really hate the stereotype that all metalcore is like asking Alexandria and is terrible because it's not.

Metalcore is actually a very fun genre and once you get past the surface, you find some very good bands. Alright, I'm actually going to end this here. I'll see you all in my next post which might be another find on Bandcamp or a discography ranking or even an album ranking.

Have a good day. The Poison is just behind those 2 by a hair. Take this Oath is my favorite Killswitch song so Im with ya. I thought Asking Alexandria was ok though, but nothing amazing.

Better than Attack Attack or Iwrestledabearonce if memory serves. Stand Up and Scream would be probably decent if they didn't just repeat the same styles in each songs over and over again. And the clean vocals sucked xD. They didn't stole the riff. So what were we going to do? Create more. Ironically, during the era of COVID and self-isolation is when you guys decided to get together in a room to record an album for the first time in a decade.

How did that actually work? Worsnop: Also, by me, the pressure was off. No one was really freaking out at that point. I just took 20 months off. We were able to get in there, but it was all closed session.

I just want to whistle over it. The next day comes around, and I go in for a virtual writing session. Are you ready? Now, you got to hear me out. The song asked for it. It is kind of corny, and it is kind of weird.

Worsnop: Yeah, I think having all this time by myself… Since I was 17, it has been this band. I never really had the chance to do all that finding yourself that people go through. Worsnop: We were doing that on tour in front of people. It was what felt good to other people. I think a lot of times during the way, there were parts of our personalities that were more just kind of impressioned on [us] by other people.

But it really gave us a chance to sit and figure out who we were. That was a lot of the content of this record. That is not what we want to push on people. And their shows are so much fun. They leave with memories, and they leave with a smile on their face. And this whole album is very, very optimistic, very hopeful. Instead of at our old shows. There used to be multiple ambulances called and lined up outside of the venue when we played it.

My grandparents were so cool. Somewhere along the line, people started misconstruing rock music with violence and aggression.

But more about rebelling against being told what and who you have to be. It sucks. We spent a lot of the last two years touring with them.
